How will my Cotswold Box be packaged?
All products are presented in a hot foil branded white magnetic closure gift box (Large: 29.5 x 23 x 11.5cm or Small: 21.5 x 17 x 8.5cm) lined with ‘With love from The Cotswolds’ tissue paper.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Can you deliver outside of the UK?
We can send our packages all over the world. If you want to send a parcel outside of the UK, contact us and we can advise on options.
My box has arrived damaged
We expect every Cotswold Box to arrive in pristine condition. If for whatever reason, this isn't the case then please contact us giving us as much detail as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a quibble free refund policy and we do our very best to ensure our boxes reach you in perfect condition. If a product is broken or damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible with any problems. Whole boxes can be returned for a refund on the basis we receive them as they were sent. Delivery issues will also be dealt with quibble free.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes indeed! If you have picked a card, like the Bluetiful Map of the Cotswolds Gift Card. It can either be left blank, or if you would like to include a personal gift message then please type this in the appropriate box when you place your order and it will be handwritten onto the card for you and included in the box.
Do you cater for allergies (e.g food, skin)?
The Cotswold Box Company do not create any of the products included in our gift boxes. Products provided to us are produced by independent companies. If you have any allergies, food, drink, skin or otherwise, it is advisable to check directly with the product producer, a list of partners can be found on our partner section and products do have their own labels and consumer advice. The Cotswold Box Company will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to products consumed.
